How can coaching help me?
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a process by which a coach helps a person better understand who they are, what they want and how they’re going to achieve their true potential. A coach is not there to tell you what to do or how to be - they trust that you have the answers and by asking powerful, thought provoking questions will reach your goals and live a more fulfilled and purposeful life.
So is coaching like therapy?
Yes, in that in that its focus is to help people. Coaching is future focused, solutions orientated and goal focused, even if the goal is gaining clarity on what the goal itself could be.
Coaching is not a substitute for counselling or therapy, but can be and often complimentary.
.
What results can I expect?
I support clients on their journey towards achieving the goals that they set. The power lies within them. My role is to create a safe and non-judgemental environment where you as the client can be heard, understood and do your best thinking.
What I can be certain of is that coaching will make you more self aware, you’ll better understand yourself and able to manage your inner critic, identify new possibilities and feel supported to take aligned and intentional action. All of this in turn will help you to achieve your goals.
How many sessions will I need?
Packages are tailored to meet client requirements. Current packages consist of 8 sessions, usually run on a fortnightly basis. . This will be discussed on a the clarity call.
How much does it cost?
Coaching is an investment in time and money. I work with brilliant, ambitious individuals, independently and through organisations who are ready to commit and invest in themselves and corporates who are ready to invest in their staff through personal development.
