You’ll bring to the surface how you are managing your energy and how to support your wellbeing.

DURATION: From 3 months
WHY: Change takes time and commitment. Old patterns and behaviours are hard to break. Having the support of a coach is invaluable to support you through the process. It can also make it a whole lot more fun, accountable and energising!

6 x 1hr Focused Coaching Sessions; including feedback review
1 x hr Coaching review session
Support between sessions:
The magic happens in between sessions (in real life!) putting into practice what has been learned.
Changing behaviour, having difficult conversations, doing something that feels new or challenging can feel hard. To support you to stay on track, boost momentum, celebrate you and check in, throughout the coaching programme, you will have unlimited access to your coach via email.
