1. Pre-Programme Reflection
Before starting the programme, you will be sent a worksheet to complete and link to a quiz to help you become more self aware of your patterns of thinking that may be getting in your way.
This is foundational work that will support you to gain clarity and provoke your thinking.

In the initial session, we will explore your vision, get clear on your values and meet your inner critic. The aim of the extended initial session is to start the coaching programme off powerfully; laying down the foundations for the coaching journey.
Becoming radically self aware is where we start. This will form the framework from which coaching goals can be set.

2. 1 x 2 hr Kick Off: VISION, VALUES, VOICE
In the inital session, we will explore your vision, get clear on your values and meet your inner critic.

3. 6 x 1 hr Focused Coaching Sessions
Deep coaching to support you around your personal goals, ambitions and in working through obstacles.

4. 1 x 1 hr Reflection Session
A session focussed on celebrating milestones, progress and a look ahead.

In-between Session Support
The magic happens inbetween session (in real life!) putting into practice what has been learned.
Changing behaviour, having difficult conversations, doing something that feels new or challenging can feel hard. To support you to stay on track, boost momentume, celebrate you and check in, throughout the coaching programme, you will have unlimited access to your coach via voxer (encrypted messaging app) and email.
You will receive an in-between session questions to reflect upon to help keep you on track
